Toddler restless sleep

I have 24 month old twin girls. And am having issues with just one of my daughters sleeping. She sleeps fine up until 12am then she cries in her sleep a lot and is very restless, she tosses and turns quite a bit. She very rarely fully wakes up but the weeping and the odd scream in her sleep Is keeping me up at night. Her appetite also goes up and down, which could be normal for children her age.
