Intercourse Problem
I am Male 37 years old have a ejaculation Problem. As i enter my penis , i ejuculate in 30 Sec . i feel ashame in front of my wife . my faimly lofe is in stress. i have 2 kids .Now my sex life is worst. plz help me

Dear Dr. Zaair,
I am using Brayta carb 30 form last 3 days as directed by you .
BUT NO IMPROVEMENT OR ANY SIGN OF IMPROVMENT.
Erection same as previuos ( week) , ejaculation with in 30 sec, very high sensation on glans of penis as pervious.
rather i developed some side effects like very high constipation,stool quantity decrease, acidity attacks, hunger diminised , pain in forehead, cough, red urine in morning ,improper sleep in night.etc
i have masterbated alot in age of 18 to 20 then left masterbating. i think my PE belongs to this reason.
Dr. kindly help me i am very dipressed and undertension.
