This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Its too early to conclude anything. His mother should give him proper food more often.
What about his other milestones?
I feel he should be spoken to more often by all in the family throughout the day. After about one year from now, he doesnt pick up conversation, homeopathic treatment can be given.

Dear doctor,
Thank you so much for your quick response to my problem.
He weaves both hands with excitement many times. If he hears some new words he tries to repeat it many times. When his younger brother of age 10 months makes loud sounds while playing, he starts crying. He does not like to see in to our eyes straight. He does not follow any of our direction. {for example He was watching T.V. standing near to it. I called him by his name 4 or 5 times. He did not pay attention to my calls. Then I said Helicapter is coming out side he immediately ran to the door to see the Helicapter[ but no helicopter was coming} He plays well with toys like trucks, building blocks, and in i pad nicely to select his liking programs. He sleeps from 10 Pm to 8.30 AM and in day time he sleeps from 3 to 5 or 4 to 6 in the evening nicely. In case of stool he is using dippers. So I could not say about bed wetting. When he went to stool he comes to me and holds my hand and takes me to the bathroom but does not say anything.
FOOD: He drinks milk of 260ml for 4 hours in between some times to take carrot juice and banana juice or apple juice instead of milk. He may be cheerful or calm but not weepy.
No disease history. He grinds teeth rarely. Not following simple instructions. No emotional attachment. No speaking communication.
