homeopathic compound

i see many homeopathic medicine made by different different companies uses more than two or three homeopathic medicine to make tonic or any other medicine for particular purpose . what is rule behind this

There is no rule. These are marketing tactics. They hope that at least one of the remedies from the combination will work for the patient. This method is not as good as the single remedy 'right potency' method.

i'm 38 year old man,i suffering pilonidal cyst last 4 years, i consider my homeopathy doctor , he given silicea 6x , i continue last one year, but till not cure, three days once cyst big and open drain pus, fully pain and rough skin also formed, please suggest me good medicine, thanks
