4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

At my worst, I feel frustrated with the inability to heal this without Western medicine. I blame myself for not living my dreams or knowing what those are. I don't know my lifes' purpose. I wonder if I'm ever going to get better or overcome negative thoughts.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

It started about 8 years ago. I was in a negative relationship. I also stepped away from my religious upbringing as I found out some pretty damaging facts about it. I was a single mother struggling to raise 4 boys that were out of control. I was overwhelmed, felt unloved, unsupported and unappreciated.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

The evening times seem the worst with milder symptoms all day--except today.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

Not eating for a week used to make them better but now it seems not to help. Eating causes pain and burning. I'm cutting out processed foods. I have self-pity because I can't eat what others eat.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

I do think my age has something to do with it, but I also believe my thoughts and negativity come first. Over time, if I can not reconcile the thoughts and move forward, I start self-destructive behavior that leads me to have painful physical symptoms.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I feel the best when outside in the sun.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I have been lazy. I'm pretty mild person, laid back. I am very negative in my thinking and my thoughts tend to race from one to the next.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

I love thunderstorms.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

Sometimes I want to be taken care of but most of the time, I shut down. I'll complain about symptoms but I feel pretty irritated with others and their seemingly lack of ability to do things without my guidance.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

I am sensitive to too much talking.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

I tend to have conversations with myself in thought. I have excessive negative thinking.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I have isolated myself mostly from people although I do have a desire to be with others more now. My husband doesn't communicate with me much. He keeps to himself as well as my child; well all of us really. I disown the male figure who brought me to this planet. My mother and I are working on our relationship.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

I fear not healing. I fear not having a better life. I fear not having desires. I fear, fear, panic and anxiety. I have a fear of flying, heights and taking unnecessary risks with the life.

I know my body doesn't want processed food. Probably not sugar either but I'm mentally addicted to it.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

I do not drip sweat but I tend to have a foul smell under the right arm pit.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

I have a mixture of stools. Sometimes normal, sometimes pasty, sometimes diarrhea

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

I'm learning to not care.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?

I think I am unable to stick to a decision. I have so many things that I can do and have trouble picking one for a career.
