generel question

in a chronic desease
(10 years) there is a little improvement (within 5 days) by 30c potency
now it is advised to stop 30c and start taking 1m
is it right ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It depends which remedy you are taking. It would be advisable to move to 200 potency first and then to 1m, but make sure you give ample time between changing the potencies.

Actually I would make sure your case is reassessed before making that kind of decision. Jumping too quickly to a higher potency can cause serious problems.

Assessing a response to a remedy requires looking at the exact response you have - which symptoms are affected, how they are affected. It is often the case that in the first few days, or even few weeks, some of the symptoms may not change. If the important symptoms, if symptoms higher up in the hierarchy,or if newer symptoms are improving while older, lower value, less important symptoms are unchanged, then the remedy and potency might still be correct. In such a case patience and attention to Dosing would be required, at least before making other changes.

As you can see, you should have a homoeopath doing this kind of follow up. Second prescription is an very complex aspect of homoeopathy.
