Spinal Cord Tumor -- pilocytic astrocytoma

Hello
i need advice about my younger brother (19 years old) who was diagnosed with pilocytic astrocytoma Tumor in his spinal cord at D12-L1 level.

All started about Six months before when he started feeling numbness in his legs and difficulty in walking and backpain and loosing foot control. when things went worst our doctor advice us for MRI and than we come to know that there was a intramedullary tumor in his spinal cord at D12 - L1 level which is compressing spinal nerves of hips , legs so he have difficulty in walking and loosing foot control. Our doctor advise us for surgery and warned us about 15 - 20 % risk of permanent paralyse below navel in which bladder and bowel dyfunction include.

but during surgery he called us and say if he resects tumour there is heavy chance of permanent paralyse because tumor dont have defined margin and its already have growth in normal spinal nerves. so only laminectomy done to release the pressure of tumor in spinal cord and some tissue for biopsy taken and we came to know that this is Pilocytic Astrocytoma.

surgery was on 23 jan now my brother is recovering from post surgery weakness.

According to doctor he have relief because of space made by laminectomy and there is less pressure on spinal nerves now but in future if tumor grow we have to go for surgery that will paralyse him.

Now some one told our family about Homeopathy treatment so i come here to know the opinions of professionals.
i have searched our internet there are many Brain tumor patients are consulting and getting treatment by homeopaths, and spinal cord tumor is same as brain tumor
coz its a part of brain.
so i hope i will get treatment or guidance for this also.
