Weakness, heart pounding, continued...
Anxiety is worse at night - fear of dying. Fear of being alone at night when I have symptoms.Weakness is worse when I am under stress, when people are making demands on me.
Total exhaustion.
The acute symptoms have been around for about a week.
Have had variations on a theme for many years. Have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
I am very sensitive to extremes of temperature, loud noises, smells esp cigarettes, perfumes
I am constantly worried about my health.
I am a caretaker and am afraid to say no to people.
I am not on any medications. I have lots of allergies, both environmental and foods. Cannot eat gluten grains especially. Love bread.
Feels better when I cry or when I can talk to someone and they give me reassurance.
God, this is a lot to post here

Hi, thank you so much for your reply but I got desperate when no replies came in very quickly so I saw an anthroposophical physician and she gave me aurum and it seems to have helped greatly with the anxiety. I probably need a deeper remedy and will see a classical homeopath to take my case. I practice homeopathy myself but it is impossible to do myself!! Again, many thanks for your suggestions. I appreciate it.

I just happened to go back and read your post regarding your anxiety being worse at night. I'm the same, I think it's because since I've had anxiety attacks at home, I almost associate home with the attacks. I also saw that you mentioned being sensitive to noise, I recently became that way as well. Everything you had to say was as if I wrote it myself. I have dealt with this for years off and on but as i mentioned it's been several years since it's been this bad. I went to a Dr. yesterday about it and she prescribed Lexapro. I've never taken anything for this before, i have just worked through it. I don't really like taking meds thats why i haven't before and i still haven't started it yet. I haven't looked through this site yet so i don't know what it's all about but i saw you're taking Aurum. I assume it's all natural. Is it similar to sam-e? It does actually feel better to talk to someone who has this rather than taking something. Let me know about the aurum, i'm open to anything besides prescription drugs.
