Arnica and/or Bromelain pre and post plastic surgery

I am having plastic surgery (a tummy tuck) and would like to know if arnica and/or bromelain can help with healing, and if so, what dosage strength and frequency. Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The dosage to be taken a day before surgery is Arnica 30c taken 3 times.

On the day of the surgery take Arnica 200c before surgery and twice after surgery spaced out every 2 hours and
sip it in the water dose which is made up as follows:

You prepare the remedy in a 500ml bottle of spring water you get from your supermarket and pour out about 50ml to create some air space on top to provide space for aeration.

You then drop 3 globules of Arnica 30c into the bottle which you must shake or bang hard to promote bubbling. This is succussion which increases the potency of the water which is now your remedy. This must be done before each dose.

You then proceed to sip a teaspoonful of the remedy every 2 hours for the first 2 days and lengthen the interval to 3 hours thereafter.

You may like to know that I was in surgery 3 years ago and ordered the Morphine attached to the IV line removed and surprised the surgeon and the nursing staff by only using Arnica 30c as the pain medication. Arnica promotes rapid healing and I was able to get out of bed on the third day and on the fifth day I was discharged after a major surgery.

You can gradually reduce the frequency of the dosage as you recover to 4 times daily for the first 2 weeks and then to 3 times per day for the following month and then to twice daily for the second month.

You can use Arnica quite safely for as long as you wish and you may like to know that I have used it on a daily basis since 1996 every night before sleep.
