Phneumonia 4 months baby

My daughter has Phneumonia since one month. Doctor gave antibiotics injections and it cured but again the infection returned and currently I am giving her antibiotics drops. One of my friend told me to give her Dr. Reckeweg R1 Inflammation Drops to cure Phneumonia. Please advise if this is the correct medicine. I avoid giving her antibiotics.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Antimonium Tart 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects.
If this doesn't help, give Pulsatilla 30 in the same way.
One dose means one pill or one drop.

antimonium tart 30 is working but she is having pimples on her face. Is it due to this medicine ?

Don't worry about pimples if she is doing well. You may phase out the medicine like once a day then once in two days and so on if she is improving well.
You may also see how Antimonium Tart 200 works if 30 doesn't do that well in future.
Indian medicines are also good. One doesn't need german technology to produce a good quality medicine even though father of homeopathy is a german.

I have given Antimonium Tart 30 for a week and it worked fine but after a month now, the pneumonia symptoms are returning back with smell of infection in my daughter's breath. What medicine should I give so it removes the pneumonia infection 100% ?

Please give her Merc Sol 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
