This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Unless the patient directly responds to the questions, I can't prescribe. Its a futile exercise as we may or may not have the right remedy.

It is worse when out in cold weather, getting cold, running around. Mostly during the day. A little at night before going to sleep. No cough when sleeping.
Similarly, post nasal
Post nasal is constant, had it for the past 2 months + , took 1 serie of antibiotics (2 months ago) did not help at all, nasal spray helped a little, not much, stopped that too.
Phlegm buildup where
Phlegm build up is in the back of the throat.
COUGH

Phlegm loose, mostly watery.
If he does activies, walks, runs, talks, gets excited cough starts. If he is relaxed, sits down or during sleep much less or none.

Thank you, will try.
If a remedy works but then the symptom comes back it means it wasnt the right one?
Just asking because Kali bichrome helped, he stopped coughing but came back a week after he stopped, maybe he just got cold again, dont know?
Thanks

It could mean a couple of things e.g. its palliative not curative, if curative then repeat dose is required or higher potency is required etc

Should we try that again or the new one? That was a high dose of 200, 6 pellets 2x/day. My husband was impressed with the fact that it stopped his cough (after several days of taking them) but a week after he stopped taking them cough has returned.

48 hours after second dose.
Improvement of cough 0%
Improvement of post nasal drip 0%
I dont understand why nothing is working for my husband? :(

The correct remedy will work and that happens when the patient replies in DETAIL to all that is asked and MORE.
A lot of cases fail because internet doesn't let me see the patient, I rely on what is being told.
In your husband's case I knew from the start that it is an unlikely case to be successful, still I went ahead against my better judgment.
Just have a look at the halfhearted replies he has given. I won't be surprised if some are given by you instead of him.
