again consulation abt vaginal pimples and tags

i m started developing pimples from two or three days on the inner side of vaginal lips (labia minora ) only on right side , its more like pimples yellows pus appears in it nears clitoris and also granular too .. like face pimples some times.
2ndly previously last yrs in august when i first time got prob here ( as explain i m my case history above link )i got three skin tags or warts ( nt sure becz small in size looks like tags) .on the outer side of vaginal inner lip and very very small skin tags on the left inner side of vaginal inner lips .
so one sides pimples and one side skin tags like needle heads very small. and three skin tags on outer side.
on imp thing i m suffering from urinary in continues after my first time problem in vagina ,, only keep urine for an hour, esp in day time . applying candula cream on pimples .. last two days
over all my health is ok . periods are regular bt short span of time 3 days only from six months
these pimples makes me worry ,, bez i m scared . not noo wats going on there

You may take Merc Sol 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects. Of course you should wait for Dr Mahfuz as he he has been looking into your case. i went ahead with my suggestion as i couldn't see him regularly now a days.

dr i take merc sol one wk bt it started causing dryness to much , so i stop it ,, bt prob is still there.
also had the urinary incontinence increased day by day i m nt able to keep the urine nt more than hour, if i drink tea or water i had to run to washroom in next ten min ( is this becz of skin tags or very small warts like growth in left vagina inner lip??) . plz help me... its urgent becoz i had to travel to abroad i dnt noo wat to do these two problems

Please take Natrum Mur 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If this doesn't help take Sepia 200 in the same way.
The next remedy should be Nux Vomica 200 if needed.

vagina inner lips fill with skin of pus full pimple bt feel flat with no ,, proper mouth like pimples... very very small wart or skin tags( not abt able to differ) like growth in inside of inner lip of vagina....outter lips of vagina also feel with pus moving in side it ,, left lip is looks bit larger than right..
itching in inner lips of vagina very slight.. feel ..prolapse of utrus
too frequent urination.. not able to control even half an hour,, frequent urination ,, cause mental anxiety and back pain.......

body temp towards high/hot after this prob.

skin colour is darker and darker and

after .. two days. one dose of rhustox for arm stiffness( not want to take RHUSTOX bt my arm and hand r so stiff i take one dose)
plz plz dr guide wat can i take next becz silicea 1M do gud bt jst 30% improvement and any medicine that recovery my urinary problem ... i shall be very thankful u ppl there
