Diagnosis
Testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea involves taking a sample of cells from the urethra or cervix using a small cotton swab. A urine specimen obtained after not urinating for at least two hours is sometimes used as an alternative method of testing. McKinley does not have the capability to test for oral chlamydia. If you have had oral contact with a partner known to have chlamydia, treatment will be provided.

Routine screening in the absence of symptoms should be performed approximately two weeks after a suspected exposure to ensure accuracy of the testing. Since chlamydia and/or gonorrhea may occur simultaneously with other infections, such as hepatitis B, syphilis, and HIV, additional testing may be recommended. Repeated testing may be done if desired, 3-4 months after evaluation and treatment.

Treatment
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are treated per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

You and your sexual partner(s) must be treated and must complete the prescribed medication. Any sexual partners in the preceding 60 days should be evaluated, tested, and treated. The most recent sexual partner should be evaluated and treated even if the last sexual contact was more than 60 days before the diagnosis. You must abstain from all sexual contact for seven days after completing the treatment. You must also abstain from all sexual contact until your current sex partner(s) are treated or you will be re-exposed and will need to be retreated. If symptoms do not clear or re-occur after treatment is completed it is important to return to your health care provider for further evaluation.

Hi do do-

If pain is not too bad, this is first treated by DIET CHANGE.

1. You must drink 8 glasses of water a day- this is Essential.

2. You cannot have more than 3000mg. of salt a day. This means if you eat processed
food, look at the label. If it is more than 250 mg of sodium this is too much (
remember it really means that each serving which can be 5 crackers or 5 chips, every
time you have 5 crackers you get 250mg of sodium/salt. Do not cook with salt,
use herbs and spices.

3. Do not have more than 2 cups of any dairy product ( milk- cheese a day)

4.Do not take any Vitamin C pills- get Vitamin C from your food.

5. Google how many grams of protein you need a day for your sex, weight, height.
Whatever that number is- do not go above it.

6. Foods that are high in Oxalate- Avoid them- Spinach, Chard, Squash, sweet potato,
leeks, Rhubarb, Cocoa, nuts, soy cola, cranberry juice, wheat germ, blackberry, Blueberry, oranges plums, strawberries grapes.

All of the above increases the oxalate levels to make the crystals. The most important
thing is the water and then the salt. If you eat junk food, fast food, those are heavy in salt,
if you have someone cook for you, tell them to eliminate the salt-

So if pain is not that bad, start doing the above. See what happens, bc no matter
what you are going to have to do these changes anyway to prevent this in
the future.

Second thing to do here- is get a scan to see what the size of the stones are.

The standard treatment when stones are too large is called lithotripsy-
they use sound waves to shatter the stones so they come out as
tiny in the urine.

If stones are large you should do that- but find out.

Eventually these crystals become large enough to form stones in the kidney-

You have a problem going on here and you need to see a homeopath in
person, or put your case on here. All things about your health, have
to be listed in one place -including your mental and physical and emotional
states, what makes each thing better and worse.

A remedy is then found that matches these things, and the similar remedy
match, then stimulates your own life force to clear out the imbalance,
usually with the most recent problem showing up a bit worse and then
leaving for good.

Don't post for different body issues.

Do one post for someone to help with kidney and other problems- best
is to see a good homeopath in person.
