child with migraines

I am searching for advice to offer a neighbor whose 8 year old daughter has frequent and severe migraines with vomiting that seems to relieve some pain followed by deep sleep. The child is extrememly thin. She is also quite behind academically. She is a very sweet and quiet child and I'm very concerned for her well being. Her parents are loving but lazy at times and she often stays up very late at night and doesn't have regular meals or mealtimes. She missed alot of school last year. I'm not sure if her physical symptoms are a result of her life style or the cause of it. I think Sanguinaria Candensis may be an appropriate remedy but I'm unsure of how it should be used. Any advice?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bryonia is the remedy that I prescribe for migraines that occur without exposure to bright light for which the remedy is Glonoine.

In the case of this girl it may be useful to inquire when she gets these migraines and whether they occur after certain foods or after sleep or upon exposure to strong light.

Also does she suffer from any hyperacidity ?
