daughter likes to act like a baby

She's five and so some of this is normal but I do notice that she just seems to prefer acting like a baby. Likes to talk in a high pitch voice, and pose like a baby, laugh like a baby. Not all the time, but she does act like this at least 10 times a day. I was just curious to know if this quality was a part of any constitutional profiles or not. She also tends to be constipated. She is fair skinned with brown hair and brown eyes. She also loves to draw and dance. She dislikes being reprimanded (more so than other kids. It shuts her down). Other than the constipation there are no real health issues. She likes to eat chocolate, butter, ice cream. She prefers starchy foods and not too many meats or vegetables.

any problems with teeth coming in?

any white spots on/under fingernails?

what vaccinations child have?when?

When she gets new teeth, she breaks out in hives on her legs, especially the backs of her legs, and inner arms.

Her fingernails are pinkish in the beds, but do have a whitish moon shape to them that runs across the nail, side to side--not on the nail itself, but in the bed.

She had the following vaxes
HepB and IVIG at birth
and Polio (IPV) and DTaP when she was 2 months old. Then she had Prevnar, Dtap, Hib, and Polio (IPV) when she was 6 months old, and Prevnar, Hib, Dtap when she was 9 months old. Her last vax ever was Prevnar at 12 months old. We stopped because she had constipation set in after her 6 month shots and it took us a while to make the connection. Once I realized the connection then we stopped giving her vaccines. (She started having some sensory problems with the 9 month vaxes and then they got much worse with the 12 month vaxes, and at that point I figured things out).

any skin conditions/ailments in child's history?when?how treated?

John Stanton last decade
The only skin condition that she's had was the appearance of hives whenever she would teethe. She does have a large black mole on her back. The treatment for the hives was non-allopathic. Her naturopath at the time prescribed rhus tox 12c. It did seem helpful. But once the hives kept appearing, then I stopped "giving" something for them and just let them ride their course. They last a few days and then they are gone.

where is the location(s) of the hives (when they appear)?

John Stanton last decade
The hives will appear on the backs of her legs, the inner sides of her arms. They will also then appear on the tops of her feet, around her ankles and on the backs of her hands.
