I am patient of hypothyroidism, age 49. Facing lack of libido severely. Can I use lycopodium. Please suggest proper dose and potency.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do you know the reason for this?

1. Drugs you are taking for hypothyroidism?
2.Have you had your testosterone levels tested?

You need to know the cause before you start taking a remedy and you
need supervision.

reason may be thyroid problem and obesity, my weight is over 100 kg.

1. I am taking Eltorxin 200 mcg / day.

2, I have'nt tested.

I have erectile problem.

Are you taking any other herbs, supplements, medicines?

Calcium, iron, beta blockers, warfarin, antibiotics, antacids, anti depressants,
all interfere and have side effects not listed with the Eltorxin.

How long have you been on the thyroid medication?

When did the Erectile problem begin?

Have you used any hairloss preparations like finisteride or propecia?

Do you have low energy most of the time?

Depression?

Thanks.

About two months back, I started multivitamin 'CENTRUM', for about 15 days, since then I am facing erectile problem. I stopped to take centrum after 15 days.

I am taking Eltroxin since last 10 years. I never used finisteride or propecia. yes I feel low energy most of the time, and little bit depression too.

Hi,

Seems like what happened to you was that the Calcium and iron
in the Centrum had a reaction with your thyroid medication.
Good you stopped taking it. You should not be taking any
minerals supplements with your thyroid medicine-

I suggest that you take Nux vomica 200c for two nights.
Take 3 pills, dissolve in a couple tablespoons of water. Take
a teaspoon as a dose, Take it after sunset. Do this for 2 nights in
a row. This is to clear out the vitamins. Report back in a couple
days after you do this.

As for vitamins- try taking one peeled apple, one carrot and one
chopped up beet and put into a blender and make a glass of
this for yourself a half hour before eating a meal. This will
give you natural vitamins and minerals and won't interfere with
your medicine.

You mean:

3 pills of Nux vomica 200c dissolved in two teaspoon water will make two dose, have to take one teaspoon a day.

Am I right?

Please also suggest libido enhancement medication.

You are right- but you take the teaspoon at night.

Two times. Nux works better at night and do not eat or drink
for a half hour before or after you take it.

What we want to do here,, is return you to what you were
before you took the vitamins.

Homeopathic medicines are based on your UNIQUE
totality of mental, physical, emotional, food, weather and so on.
The remedy has to be a match with those things- there
are thousands of remedies. In this instance, when a person
consumes too much of anything, food, alcohol, drugs, etc
nux is used to get rid of the effects of whatever that was.

For your general overall improvement you need to be
under supervision of a homeopath and get constitutional
treatment. If you are not happy with your normal libido-
BEFORE you took the vitamins, then constitutional treatment
will increase your life/force - immune system and also
your libido.
