Sinus Congestion / Infection

Hi All

For last few days I have been having some acute sinus problems. Currently there has been regular weather changes, warm to cold to warm humid weather.

My nasal sinus discharge increased, I had been sneezing frequently & having frequent watery nasal discharge.

Currently, my sides of the head hurt, mild chest cough with no expectoration. The nasal discharge is thick white or watery but now sometimes there is thick yellowish mixed with the regular nasal discharge indicating that sinus infection may be occuring. I do not have any fever & don't want to get on anibiotics.

Thirst may be slightly elevated, no body pains but feel like just resting. Don't have desire to drink cold drinks, feel like drinking warm drinks, energy level little low.

Can anybody help here?

Try Kali birch 30 c 4 times a day and taper off when feeling better. Steam inhallation is also good so is salt water gargling every night.
