essential tremor in 84 year old

Hello, I'm looking for possible remedies to help my dad. He's tried many rx from the dr's and cannot get help. He is very driven & high energy altho in the last few years does take a nap every afternoon. He is getting very frustrated and re-started his anti-depression rx again but would like to get back to fixing cars and boats in his shop. It's his right hand that shakes the most and he finds it's better after a glass of wine. I was looking to read about other people with tremor but I don't see a search button for the forum. Thank You

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Gelsemium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi, I've received the Gelsemium BUT is this the right kind? Gelsemium Sempervirens.
THANK YOU!

Yes, it is the right one indeed.

Hi, my dad did not get any relief from the tremors. I may suggest to him that he complete the full questionnaire I have seen on here. Any advice? He remains open minded.

Please submit the complete questionnaire.

I would strongly advise that the questionnaire is completed and posted. Or even better, a visit to a homeopathic practitioner in your locality would enable a full examination and tailored treatment plan to be put into action.

The internet is very useful but I feel there are limits to what we can achieve here. Sometimes we can help, other times it requires an in-person meeting to deal with the problem.

hi thank you. I wish I could get him to go to our local homeopathic doctor. So far he's not willing to do that... I'm going to figure out how to search this forum to see if anyone else may have had help from tremors. If I can show him that perhaps I can get him to the doc. I will help him type up the questions.
