Does it gradually reduce when you start walking?
Did you over-exert yourself physically? What is the probable cause of this pain?
How does it feel after rubbing and hot application over the affected part.
Any other ailment?

You can try RHUS TOX 200C maxmum 5 doses, each dose every 12 hours.
If the pain increases or decreases after first couple of doses, stop the rest of the doses.
Come back to report your observations after a week or 10 days.
