severe daily night involuntary ejaculation

sir my age is 21, am severely suffering from night involuntary ejaculations from 6,7 years .daily unknown ejaculations.i used dabur chywanprsh which treated me mostly
but recently i was affected with piles

for night ejaculations:
if i am using this dabur chywanprsh piles are becoming worse

i also used baryta carbonica = worsening piles

i also used #B21 drops strength=worsening piles what can i do advice me sir

day 1 and day 2

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows ...

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

day 3 to day 15

Please take Selenium 6 in the evening

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
