Diabetes,weakness and body pain

my wife's age is 41.
she is having diabetes since last six years.
she feels weakness every time
she is in mental stress also .
she is not interested in any thing .
she had no sexual desire also.
She feel pain in thighs legs and ribs when she is on bed
please advise.
