Longstanding dysthymia - Phos 30C seems to help. I need dosing guidance please

I have had extended bouts of dysthymia most all of my life, with deeper bouts of unipolar depression about once every year to two...

I have been worked up by several homeopaths in my area. Some short term relief with Lach, then 2 doses of Phos 1M over 2 week period, with minimal relief.

Most recent bout over the last 4 weeks I followed grid remedy on my own, came up with Phos. Took 30C day one, felt relief. Next morning symptoms began to return, and took a second dose with similar relief. Ditto on the 3rd morning. After 3rd dose however also feeling lightheaded with GI upset...

I am determined to get my emotional life back. I need dosage guidance from here.

Can you help please?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Right now you should wait.

Have you had GI upset and this lightheaded feeling in the past
at any time?

You may benefit from LM dosing, where you can take a remedy every few days.
In the states you have to get LM potencies from a homeopath or you can order
from Helios Homeopathic UK.

I suggest that you talk about your case to Dr. Fleming ( forum name Parakletos)
He will look it over for free and suggest. His email is Parakletos2012At gmail dot com
He is a homeopathic dr. in Norway and has been on the forum when he has time.

Thank you... I have had GI upset from time to time over the years during these bouts, but this time a bit more discomforting. Lightheaded is new, but apparently not uncommon after Phos. Better this morning. I will wait on any further remedies for now.

I will reach out to Dr. Fleming as you suggested. Thank you for your post and you insight.

Best regards

Emil
