Phosphorus - Severe Nasal congestion & Itching
Phosphorus was shown as my constitutional remedy based on symptoms of my Hypertension and personality. I took Phos 6X10 drops 2x a day for first 2 days since Oct 22, and 5 drops 3x a day for another 5 days. At that time it seemed working but not fully, With an interval of 2 days, I took 30C, 5 drops 3x a day for another 3 days and stopped. Next day it developed a severe nasal congestion, running nose,sneezing and itching. Itching mostely on hands and legs. The nasal congestion is so severe I could not breath. It doesn't ease even for extra strength of acetaminophen like 'Sinutab' for nasal congestion, itching and running nose.
Acetaminophen is not good for my HBP, My BP goes further up. Please, someone suggest me a homeo meds for my nasal congestion I am suffering from.

If you are going to treat yourself (?) learn to take remedy AND wait.
Learn also how to deal with the results of overdosing.
Look up Pulsatilla and Sulfur as noth may help you but NOT together pick the one that matches your temperament.
Otherwise Natrum Mur 1m ONE dose may be the best bet.

I think I got over dosed. It's wearing off now. Phosphorus is very closure to my symptoms. It works. I will wail for another 2 weeks to star with next med.
As you suggested, my next one is Sulphur. I will take it, if am not cured completely.
Can you advise me on the dosage of Sulphur. Is 12C good for begin with? If so how many drops a dose and how many doses per day? How long should I take it? Your advice is very important to me. I am learning a lot from this Forum.

It is unlikely that you could have 3 constitutional remedies.
Calc
Plump , loves boiled eggs, pale complexin , mean with money , fear of confrontation.
Phos tall skinny , probably a redhead. loves cold water, narrow- back to front - shest, freckles, loves to be massaged
Sulfur
Hot feet in bed , untidy, dry skin, bowel motion on waking,
quick temper, interested in abstracts ( if god made the world , who made god)
Too many diffs for all to apply to one person.

I undestand walkin. These remedies were suggested by abc software. I list below my symptoms in brief. I do not thing any of those you mentioned for each meds point me, not even close. I need to know my constitutional medicine, and detail of dosage.Please help me out.
HYPERTENSION:
vertigo, dizziness - When rising and or physical exertion.
Head: hot,headache left side behind the ear, pain comes from shoulders.
Face hot, like burning.
Nose: congestion, blocked(partial) right side. (chronic)sneezing, sensitive to cold water, ice etc.
Eye: dryness,blurred,foggy. Ear: heat (left side only)Throat:croup, irritation in air passage, cough dry short.
Stool: constipation (chronic) Chest: anxiety:region of heart, constriction, tension, hypertrophy, palpitation high,
Back: pain lower half. Extremities: Limbs. inflamation: joints, fingers.
Please let me know if you need any specific info.

Take ONE dose of Nat Mur 1m and wait 3 weeks for t hings to settle.
