Hi Simone

You recommended a good probiotic for my kids. Garden of life.
It is very good but hard to get in the uk without costing a lot of money. I have found it cheap but it has to be shipped from Canada etc so will get charged customs.

Do you know of any other good probiotics?
I have one more pot of garden of life one coming soon but wondered of any other recommended brands.

Don't you have any local healthfood stores by you?

If so, just go into the probiotic sections and try to get something
that is 8 strain- If it is for the kids they now have a lot of chewable
must be in the fridge basic probiotics - 3 strains.

Everyone reacts different to different brands - no matter how
high priced they are-so find one that works for whoever it is for-
and sometimes it works for a time, then starts up some discomfort etc
and then you should switch to another one,

If you have nothing local- let me know- I will check out online
in the UK.

I do have a local store but I am always suspicious of the quality and the garden of life was very good and noticeable.
I thinking will just pay the extra and stick to it and try others now and then.
