breast enlargement

I am 19 years old, weighing 44.5, with breast size 28 from the past two years. My height is 5.2'. My periods comes on time. I've even tried an alopathy Medicine which was For Hormones. It didn't work. Can you please suggest me something good for breast enlargement? Please?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hello,

I dont see any medicine for this problem. But you still have age to you. Start with good shoulder exercise to improve the posture and take good diet, this will help you to greater extent.

Blessings,
Nikkie.

Thanks alot nikkie. :)
But one more doubt, I've heard about sabal serrulata many times that it's good for breast enlargement. Is it so?
I even tried massaging my breast with olive oil, but that didn't effect(i was a hodgkin's patient and was under going chemotherapy that time).
There is no such medicine in homoeopathy? Should I go with healthy diet and shoulder exercise only?

At your height, you can afford to gain 10 pounds and breast
size will increase ( bc it is fat tissue) If you have a problem
gaining weight, homeopathy can help you there.;

Thanks simone:)
So I should not take any medication for breast enlargement. What should I take for gaining weight?

kadomal 9 years ago
Describe what you eat on a regular day in general and I can suggest.

( Medicine is for illness, you do not have an illness) Your size is normal
for your weight- weight is low for your height.

3 meals a day, more into junk foods, then I've started taking cheese or boiled egg in a day. I do have 1-2 fruits a day. Drink a glass of milk atleast once a day. Thats it:)

It is simply a matter of math.(Nikkie, btw knows a lot about
diet, she could suggest better than me)

Google the amount of protein a female of your age
and height should have a day. Figure out how to get
that in a day with healthy protein.

Then look at how many calories a day a female of your
height and weight needs.

Build your diet by deciding how you are going to get
the protein grams. Then convert that into calories and
then add in the fruit and vegetables. Make sure you have
healthy fat in there also. Plan a menu for a week and see
how it goes. You may just need one extra snack before bed
and that could start adding in a pound or two a week.

Here in the us we have this drink in the drug stores called
Ensure- it is for people who need to keep up their weight
and has vitamins and minerals in it. You could make
yourself a healthy protein shake with a blender and
put different fruits into it.

See how it goes, best to eat fresh, good food always so you
get all the minerals and vitamins you need- fast food can
be like nutritional cardboard-

If you do this and have problems gaining weight come
back on and a remedy can be chosen for you.

Best,

Hey! From the past days I've taken a healthy diet and I feel there's slight difference in my breast size. Not much but. And I was thinking of getting my estrogen level check up. Should I go for it or continue with this 'healthy diet'?

kadomal 9 years ago
It won't hurt to get your hormone levels checked.

The 'healthy diet' should be part of daily life , like brushing the teeth - so keep that
up- you know it takes time.

Are you gaining any weight now?

Thanks,

Simone 717

Thanks for the reply. And yes I've gained 0.5 kgs.

kadomal 9 years ago
Good. Now that you did that, work with your diet and add in
perhaps an extra glass of milk and something else and see if
you can put on an extra.5 kgs a week.

5 kgs in a week? A glass of milk and what else should I take extra for that? :P
That would b so great of you people (for your advices). Help me with that too please.

kadomal 9 years ago
No -- 1/2 a kg a week.

I don't know what you added in to gain the 1/2 kg- what I am saying is it is working.
So go over your diet and add in one or two things more a day-that are healthy
like instead of one glass of milk have two glasses or one with each meal-

Work with what you already like to eat and double up on it.

Okay. :) thanks again.

What is the name of Ayurvedic pills your friend used?

Please list for me what you eat on a normal day.

And list what you do for exercise?

simone717 9 years ago
I'm not sure about the name of the pills, i'll conform and let you know.
I take a glass of flavoured milk
1 glass of banana shake or mango shake (sometimes both)
4-6 chapatis a day
1 pomegranate
20g cottage cheese
1 bowl of curd
5-8 dates
this is on the regular basis.
I do stretching for 5 mins(approx), play table tennis for half hour.
that's it.
:)

Hi-

1. You need to walk at a good pace, work up a sweat for at least 30 minutes
a day. This will help digestion, and increase appetite and build muscle.

2. You still have some growing to do. For your age, Calories of someone who
is not very active should be 2000 calories a day. For an active person it is
2400 calories a day.

3. If I add up 6 chapati- 600 cal, 1 bowl of curd, 234, 20g of cottage cheese 58 cal,
1 milk - 8 ounces 150 cal, one shake that is 8 ounces of milk with banana 300 cal,
one pomeg. 127 calories, 8 dates 140 calories.
This is around 1600 calories.

So please read this Times of India article- ignore the weight lifting advice but
choose nuts, peanut butter, coconut oil etc and simply add in 500 more calories.
Don't shock your body, do this gradually and then keep eating this way.

Good luck.http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/20-ways-to-gain-weight-fa...

And how long it's going to take for good results? Will it effect my breast size as well?

kadomal 9 years ago
If you add in the extra calories, you will start to gain
another 1/2 kg a week. So that is one pound a week or more.
You will see a big difference after 2 months and more
after 3 months. You are under- nourished right now.

It would be good to add in one salad a day of leafy greens
and whatever vegetables you want, like chopped carrots etc
bc these supply many vitamins and trace minerals you need.
Use any dressing you want on that.

Nuts are great protein and high calorie and easy to
snack on so this is any easy way to add the weight. Your breast size cannot increase
unless you have more calories.

And one more thing, I had lymphoma when i was 18. Can that be the reason for the weight and all?

kadomal 9 years ago
It was hodgkin's lymphoma

kadomal 9 years ago
Yes- weight loss is a symptom of this
disease.

Are you cured?
What kind of treatment did you have _
how are you being monitored?
