Bleeding in early pregnancy

I am a 29 year old female- 9 weeks pregnant. At 7 1/2 weeks I had a huge bleed- bright red blood with a large clot. I was seen right away and the baby looks good with a strong heartbeat. There was a uterine bleed that they could see on the ultrasound but they didn't specify if it was subchorionic or not. Per my eyes, it did not appear to be near or around the baby and sac at all.

The bleeding stopped completely after 4 days. I developed a cold this week, with coughing and sneezing, and noticed some brownish discharge today. Occasional very mild cramping on the left side of my uterus.

I do have a naturopathic doctor whom I am planning to see ASAP- but I am not able to get ahold of him today.
