Laryngopharyngeal Reflux - Please help

I searched in internet for my symptoms and found this is the best matching.

They said the following symptoms in that article.

sore throat
a bitter taste in the mouth
a burning sensation in the back of the throat
feeling like there is a lump in your throat
difficulty swallowing
voice hoarseness
throat clearing
post nasal drip

I have

throat pain
burning sensation in the back of the throat
feeling like there is a lump in your throat
difficulty swallowing
voice hoarseness
throat clearing
Difficulty in breathing

Please suggest some homeopathy medicine for me.
