dark yellow urine always

Hi I see most of the times my urine is yellow ....in morning its very dark... I have excessive hand sweating and was not drinking much water in childhood ...I'm 25 now.. I see my body heated up soon

You can put excessive hand sweating on your other post as a body
symptoms.

All you have to do is drink a few more glasses of water- you are
simply not drinking enough each day.
