i believe my heart is getting weak!

i am a 55y old woman,73kgs,height 5'2' take amlodipine besylate for high bp, eat healthy low sodium foods exercise a fitness machine but no regular walking.have lot of stress and anxiety as i live alone most of the time as husband working abroad.i have chronic constipation for which i have to take laxatives otherwise i have no urge for 3-4 days then my discomfort starts....have recently started taking a homeopathic preparation for it. In the mornings i feel better and work efficiently but it is short lived as towards afternoon i am already tired and lack energy and tend to eat a lot which bloats up my tummy so take very little diner if any, short term memory is really weak,i forget appointments things i have to do....have to make real effort to remember and finish chores, make lists and still forget to look at the list, whole day my mind is very confused(making me disorganised).at night when i lay down n bed things start coming to my mind especially those that i have forgotton! my sleep is very light and disturbed.wake up suddenly by strange behavior of my heart..... a weak feeling that starts in my heart wakes me up, spreads all over abdomen as if its going weak....some times the heart starts throbbing so hard like it will burst out of my chest...this happens once in a while for a sec, have to take a deep breath to calm it down. and sometimes i wake up gasping for breath as if either the hear had stopped beating or the lungs did not expand making me gasp for air.please me help me with your skilful advice!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start following these guidelines for 2 weeks then report back. Based on that we will decide future course of action.

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
VERY IMPORTANT:
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your TARGET HEART RATE.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

i will be travelling to the states in a week and homeopathic medicines are difficult to find there so please advise me which remedies to take with me in advance which are most likely to be prescribed after my two weeks.
i am already taking brown wheat bread and dont like to eat white bread rice and burgurs except an occasional splurge on chocolate sponge cake....but i do have a craving for salty and spicy foods and sweets late evenings so i dont keep these things at home

Before you travel to the states, go see your MD about your symptoms. It may be
your BP medicines have to be adjusted- but these are NOT symptoms you
ignore -

See the Dr. asap. to see what exactly is going on at this time.
The lifestyle adjustments are good, but there is more going on here right now
and it needs to be attended to NOW- to get the right diagnosis and immediate
help for this.

As this is in my view an urgent issue- I would call Dr. Aadil Kasim Chimthanawala in Nagpur. +91-9822240648
Landline + 91-712 2522563

He is a 4th Generation homeopath and MD. He specializes in the heart-
Perhaps you can work online or by phone with him- but at the very
least get a referral to a homeopath in your area that he thinks
would be good for you to see. to get good advice.
