In william boericke materia medica there is mention of 'masturbation ill effects' & another section 'sexual excess,ill effects'. What's the difference between the two.?Akshay_oct on 2014-04-30

Well to some degree they will be similar, but masturbation is a different thing to sex.
It is like the difference between 'Ailments from lifting' and 'Ailments from movement'. Yes they are both regarding movement, but lifting is very specific. Masturbation is a very specific kind of sexual activity.
