Urine,nightfall and some anal bleeding issues

Problem 1:

I am having urine and nightfall issues. It’s been two weeks now I have having nightfall’s consistently every day. Whenever I go pass urine, passing it fine but have to push a lot compared to usual habit and it always feel like still more to come but nothing. It’s come and go feeling and it’s like I have to press my pines upward from the bottom to get the normal flow and even when night fall occur it kind of pain full not the normal flow as it was before. After the urine I can feel some burning feelings but not very high.

Problem2:

I was diagnosed anal fissure last year and I had a small operate as well but it was not the actual annual but just a small pin size or you can say like pimple mark and leak blood a lot. No pain at all passing stool no blood in stool at all. But this pimple type spot near my anal right upper side fill every after 4 to 5 days and then split up like pimple head breaks and just leak a lot blood and then stops again and go in to same process. It started happening after a year of my last operation. I went to my GP he gave me a cream to apply but it doesn’t help at all and I went to him again but he said keep applying it. I told him it looks deep internal that’s why its not helping me applying creams at the surface but he said nothing much he can do to stop him instead I have to go back to surgeon again which I don’t want to. Please can someone suggest me some remedies for these two problems.

My age is 33, Male, Single, No allergies, Height 5.11”, weight 73KG. No blood pressure not sugar problems.
