ruNny nose and barking cough 1.5 years old
My baby developed a barking cough and a bad runny nose 3 days after receiving his last Dtap vaccine shot.He is miserable :( how can I help him? (Besides stop giving him these damn vaccines).

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
These are symptoms of whooping cough, which of course is one of the components of the vaccine. If you want to give some symptoms I can try to treat it.
Describe each symptom separately, what makes it better, what makes it worse, what it looks like, what it sounds like, what it smells like.
Describe the general behaviour of your child, especially if there has been a change since becoming sick.
Describe any other symptoms he has even if they were present before the illness, in the same way.

Symptoms started 2 days after vaccine was given.
Started with a clear runny nose in the morning till early afternoon, in the evening his nose was completely stuffed.
At night he did not sleep he had a terrible sounding loud barking cough he never had before.
Runny nose is better with warm shower, pump to pull out mucous from nose and saline drops.
Cough is better when he drinks water.
He sleeps better in the stroller, at an angle. I let him sleep there overnight because it helps him breathe.
He used to sleep overnight, last night he did not sleep at all.
He went to sleep at 8, woke up around 10 crying (he usually doesnt wake up in the middle of the night), we tried to calm him down, nothing worked except for a song and some TV. He had a very loud barking cough and wheezing all night long, the cough sounds dry, loud and aggressive.
His mucus has no smell.
Baby does not look particularly sick.
He has energy, plays as usual, even laughs but has less appetite, just a little less though, he still eats fine.
The day he came back from the vaccine (Monday) he was very tired and napped more than usual.
Tuesday he was OK.
Wednesday is when he started having the symptoms.
Thursday: his cough is a little less today. I started giving him Echinacea and Kali Mur for his runny nose, I suction the mucus out with every few hours, I clean his runny nose every 15 mins of so.
I am also giving him a baby mixture of grapeseed, elderberry and other natural ingredients to strengthen his immune system
No other symptoms to report before the vaccine.

Yes the vaccine has given him a mild form of whooping cough. This is not unheard of unfortunately.
I looked at the rubrics:

The remedy I want you to get is Spongia 200c. Preferably obtain it in an oral liquid form so that you can give it to him directly.
Hit the bottle 5 times, place a single drop on his tongue.

Thank you! Will buy Spongia tomorrow! Just hit it on a flat surface 5 times? I never bought the liquid form.
Isn't it ridiculous how doctors deny the side effects of vaccines? And what is even more sad is that when I ask them what ingredients are in the vaccine they have absolutely no clue.

Hit it against the palm of your hand. Remedies should only be given in liquid form except in emergencies.

Totally agree about the pharmaceutical companies, they are evil.
About the remedy prescribed, my baby woke up this morning and the cough turned into a more wet one, not as barking anymore.
The mucus out of his nose is a little more dense and light yellow.
He was able to sleep better last night.
