how to gain muscles and skiny neck?

My neck and muscles are very thinny. Please suggest any best medicine which can gain my muscles particularly my neck.
My age is 20y about and hieht is 5.9in and wieght is 50kg only.
I am in very confusion. I am student of college.
Please attention me.

2.? I have a bigg problem, after the urinating many
water drops came out from the penis and i spend
many minutes in the toilet, sometimes half hour.
And nightfall occurs after every 2 or 3 nights. Once
night it occurs then it occurs evey nights 3 nights
contiuously. Due to this i becoming very weak. And due to this i feel pain in backside and legs knees. I
am in very tention.
My age is 20y about, hieght 5.9 in, weight 50 kg. My
work is college hard study and i feel long sleep. I
also want less sleep thats i study more and i feel
pain in head evey weak and i take tab. Panadol extra for the headache.
Please please help me urgently.

Advise what your typical daily food is and how many calories it is?

Yes, about since 10years.

What is your energy level like everyday?
12800 kJ per day.

Any problem with digestion?

Perhaps, b coz sometimes i feel hungr but cannot eat more, about 1 bread difficultly.

Advise what your typical daily food is and how many calories it is?

1200cal about.
