Excessive sweating - kindly help hyperhidrosis

Hi, Im 22 yr old , i have a excessive sweating problem and i believe it is hyperhydrosis problem based on symptoms.

I dont sweat in palm, legs and normal sweating in feet. It sweats lot in entire face , hair get oily n wet, chest , back ( shirt gets wet while driving, a lot).
I feel comfortable in air. when air blows, i dont sweat . Usually i used have table fan near me .
I hate hotness . I sweat lot even little hot temp . Sun is the biggest enemy, i hate it . I sweat more in hotness.
Im facing this problem very long time . It is more now than before .
My height is 174 and 72 kg .

Kindly help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Are you taking more salt .pl inform yyour food habits sleep habits bowel movement thirst and any disease in the past .

I don't take much salt ! Normal level
I dont like to eat too sugary products. Normal intake.
Sleep : sleep at 12 or 1 am and wake up at 7 am
Bowel movement : I usually take 'more than 15 min since little . It's fine .
Thirst : normally I don't feel much thirst . But drinks 2 to 2.5 litre average
Other than sweating problem I have acne but it's reducing now . I have dandruff with small white salt granules deposits . N small dust like pimple in scalp .

Carbo veg 200 one dose daily evening time for three days after 7days report.
