Hi, i delved into the archives and found that you have some pretty good tips of BP. Could you please help me. My husband 46, not overweight but ahving a stressful job, suddely got a surge in BP about two months ago, Since then his diastolic rate when waking (mostly on working days) is about 100-106. At night it sometimes goes down to about 90, but on other nights it is higher. We have not gone for allopathic treatment for we believe in homeopathy. I tried with crataegus, but nothing happened. Now on arnica. But what fears me is the high diastolic and add to that since this day (of the BP surge) he is like a caged animal and says he is feeling restless and questioning everything and trying to figure out if this is how his life is supposed to progress. It sounds like a mid life crisis. but I am afraid of the high diastolic. Do you have any tips for me. Thanks. Yoshi.
