Dr. Kadwa help with tooth infection/dead tooth

My 6 years old son was born 27-1/2 weeks premature resulted in hospitalization for about 4 months after he was born. He had some other complication resulting into a surgery to remove 75% of his intestine. As when he was born his heart was not beating the way it should be so he was given ibuprofen 90% of children react to 1st dose, but he was among the 10% who don’t and was given 2nd dose. Which damage his intestine and he had a surgery to remove damage part in order to avoid further damage.

He is still going through PT/OT on a weekly basis as he is behind 2 years of his age in mental development according to the last evaluation that was done a year ago. He is gone through lot of hospitalization and procedures. He has been traumatized by hospital and Dr. He was mostly fed on Pedi-sure for year and half as he was gaining almost a gram a day. He had G-Tube until he was 2 and then by bottle. He was born with teeth didn't have sufficient enamel and were yellowish.

To cut my story short he had tooth infection upper right (molar) and was extracted under anesthesia and Dentist did the root canal for 3 adjoining teeth at age 2-1/2. Few days back he developed a blister on the teeth was extracted. We took him to PediaDontist and blister was kind of gone and it was still leaking. According to Dr. as long it is leaking likelihood of having infection is low but as soon as leaking is stopped it would induce infection and swelling. Also the bone under the extracted teeth is gone. If this teeth is not extracted soon it can cause infection /inflammation and going to ER for extraction /treatment.

He should be getting his adult teeth sometime between 6-8 years of age. Is there a way we can stop this infection for now say 6 months to a year. He don’t like to take medicine at all. I think with homeopathic medicine I can at least try to put in water and hopefully that would work. We have been brushing his teeth just to be sure that it is done and in a proper way.
