Help 3 1/2 month daughter umbilical omphilitis

F 2 1/2 mnth, my daughter belly didnt heal. She initially develop slight umbilical granaluma. we didnt think nothing of it cause our son had it before and it healed on its own when we applied some barleans olive leaf.. We didnt clean the navel as much thinking it will heal faster but it got infected.

Anyway for last 3-4 weeks. She developed inflamation approx 1/2 inch around the navel site. At first i wiped it with olive leaf, that didnt do to good, the site looked almost purple in color, scared me. We applied some manuka honey and the wound started to look better. We also immidiately contacted a homeopath, which I payed out pocked despite having no job. He thought the baby looked healthy and gave us 7cream which is manuka, neem, avacado, aloe vera mixed cream. He also prescribed hepar sulfuris calcerum 12c dose. For aleast a week or two things got better but navel didnt close. We changed dressins frequently but it would look good one day, then a little worst later.. I tried having my wife eat more garlic in her diet. Also coconut water which iheard is antiviral/bacterial but it gave my daughter looose stools while breastfeeding, maybe too mucuh fiber???

Yesterday after 3 weeks. My daughter developed what we thought was diaper rash yesterday.. But her vagina looks bit too red.. After a week of hepar sulphuris before, I restarted her on it today... We noticed she had some loose stools more than usual today. Appeared to be dhirrhea but not sure. Keep in mind shes exclusively breasfed so her poops look like that.. Her stomach seems a little swollen but no red streaks.. She does appear to breath a little faster tonite, or maybe im paranoid. She acted pretty normal. Feeding well, not much crying..

What is worrisome is that she developed these tiny acne like bumps on her legs in group of 3-5 here n there kinda like near the umbilical site.. Can anyone tel me whats going on here.. Should I stop using the honey? Should I let it air dry or is it too late?? I dont want this to develop into something big.. Were very concerned...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Mother should take calc carb 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects her baby over 15 days. This should also help mother for her undue apprehensions.

Should I keep giving baby hepar sulfuris?? While mother takes calcium carb??

Also should I keep applying manuka honey to wound??

And should I keep cleaning/ washing the wound site with unscented soap?

I forgot to mention there is slight clear discharge what appears to be absesss if im not mistaken from wound too in the middle...Thanks
