Irregular periods

Hello sir, I'm shri.. I'm suffering from irregular periods from starting of my menstrual( from the age of 13).
I have irregular periods like getting periods every 4 or 6 months gape.. And also lack of bleeding( getting less bleeding )..I have consulted with a doctor, she said tat, I have less blood, there is a lack of iron in the body.. And she prescribed me 'duoluton L' tablet & dex-orange syrup but it worked out at the beginning of the time I used.. Not now.. I'm 21 years now.. Im still continuing with this irregular periods.. I'm afraid of using the above tablet regularly tat may cause any side effect.. And also I'm afraid tat I may suffer with conceiving problem after I get married.. I don't have any other problems like paining while periods time nothing.. But I'm getting overweight Bcz of this irregular periods and now I'm exercising to reduce my weight.. So please help me to come out completely with this irregular periods problem.. Prescribe me with any homeopathic medicine.. I want to get my periods regularly on correct timetable..
