Heart Problem
Dear DoctorsI am 27 year healthy man with height of 5 feet 9 inch and body weight about 90kg.. and 3 days before i have got some heart and blood pressure problems.
'I suddenly felt pain in all my body joints and blood was surging towards my head.. I checked the Blood Pressure, it was 150/130, which is a strange situation, I immediately took (Crategous Q + Passiflora Q + Gloninum Q) [my mother use it to control her BP] which relieved my symptoms to some extent at that time'
but still after three days my BP is stuck at 140/120 or 150/130 ... however the pain in joints and surging of blood disappeared.. the other symptoms are;
Pulse rate: 80
Palpitations (felt sometimes)
Burden on my stomach after meals
Sometime pain in my left arm and finger
Left arm is felt weak sometimes
Light Pain in the top of head but only sometimes
Also whatever food i eat, it generates alot of gas...
Please suggest me some medicine.
Thanks for your time

A lot of health problems originate from overweight especially heart, BP, diabetes etc.
You don't need any medicine, all you need is an optimum weight, balanced diet and some exercise.
Search Google for BMI Body Mass Index for your ideal weight.
