This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is the same.

People call it, Digitalis, Foxglove, Digital,
Digit, Digitaliunum

But in the materia medica Digitalis and Digitalinum are also compared against each other.
Digitalinum: An active principle (glucoside) of Digitalis purpurea. Symptoms:diarrhœa, the stools not being noted characteristically white as are those of the plant foxglove.overburdened heart where it is constantly labouring

If you look on this site- the alphabet at top of page- that is
Boericke Materia Medica. look up digitalis and scroll to the bottom,

it lists the other names it is called that I gave you. I have no idea
what materia medica you are looking at.

It appears that there are very fine distinctions on these-

Clarke says he would have given digitalis only he only
had the other one at hand.'Digitalis has the symptom, 'swelling of right hand and fingers,' and this would have been given but only Digitalin was at hand. This was given in 4x. After the second dose the swelling began to subside, and in two or three days was completely gone. (H. W., xxvi. 552). The heart pains are < lying on left side. Many symptoms appear on waking in the morning; chilliness and fever in afternoon and evening. Confusion of the head is > walking in open air. Symptoms are > after dinner. Drinking = nausea, and vomiting. Pains in trunk < during rest.'

Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy- has digitalis, and Digitoxinum
only. Remedia Homeopathic Pharmacy in Austria, has
Dig, Digin, Digitalin, Digitalis, Digitoxinum and Digox.

It seems that you would have to look over the provings of
all of these and understand the distinctions between them
and I would have a homeopath do that for you to make
a decision.
