I'm 5.6' tall and my short stature had always been an impediment for achieving poise and self-confidence. It was about two years ago that I met my wife and we almost instantly made connection. She is about half an inch shorter than me but I would always feel a little insecure whenever she wore sandals. This would make her look much taller than myself. Not that anything wrong with that but society collectively feeds us with some stereotypes and a guy shorter than a woman would always raise eyebrows. My wife (who back then was my girlfriend) was conscious of myself being a little uneasy. She started coaching me on improving my dress coordination and also suggested that I should try wearing those walktall shoes. Doing a little research myself I gathered some info on stretching exercises. Although its true that exercises will not make you grow taller but it definitely helped me improve my posture. We certainly have more height hidden behind our slouched back and shabby dressing than we ever realize. There are some very basic stretching exercises and vertical fashion techniques that together can make a noticeable improvement in your height. And lastly its all a matter of perception. It all boils down to how we perceive ourselves. A better height can add to our confidence, but again, its our mind that perhaps makes us insecure. Some short dudes possess endless energy that makes their presence much taller than their height

I want to desperately increase my height upto any extent possible.
i got my bone age x ray done and it said bones are fused and i felt like so depressed.
The doctor humiliated me saying that ur fathers product will be like tbhis only as my father is 165 cms.
pls right me the suitable medicine......

It is more than an year now, you had been fooling innocent people and making money, offering medicines for increasing height. There are many other genuine ways to offer Homeopathy Medicines for genuine ailments than offer wonder drugs. Please stop this nonsense now. Innocent help seekers, please consider if there is a single case in the whole world ( please do not believe all those fake stories going to come up now)
Can any genuine Doctor certify a single case?( Not these fake doctors whoe make plenty of money from this this)

Can somebody who tried these medicines and age above 20 post the results? I read first few posts and seems 'mohini', 'Pooja' and few others were going to use it. Its been over a year so hopefully you must have seen some improvements (or not?)

WOW! I'm new here, and just saw this thread. I've only read page one. It was somewhat confusing because people were in disagreement about what to take.
My questionas are:
1. Did anyone do any of this and gain height?
2. I'm 52. Am I too old?
3. I have some deteriorating discs (diagnosed by MRI). I presume this would be helpful for that as well?
4. What do you take, how often, and what doses?
I'm 5'8' (female). Maybe I can be 5'10'!!! Cool!

You have crossed that age when you can expect to grow taller naturally. Its not the hormones any more. Its your genes, and you can do nothing about it. You can grow only fat or thin by changing your diet and exercise. If any one promises any drugs to increase your height, they are trying to con you for money. There are a few so called wonder curers who will ask you to contact their personal addresses and pay money for 'medicines' that will never work. Pooja & Mohini never declared their results as they are ashamed to say they are fooled.
There are no medicines in the world to help you increase your height, unless you have stunted growing at a point of time of your very young age, due to any paculiar illness or accident. Go to any Physician of any discipline of medicine, he will tell you. Except witch-doctors like these.
I am sure, some one will come with astonishing results now, vouching for some doctors. (Pooja & Mohini) Never belive them, they are those 'doctors themselves.
