m rajag m 19yrs old .mah height is 5.8'.m a fit guy......i hv a minor problem in mah disc due to an accident .......the problem is vry minor acc. to mah doctor...i can run,walk n can do every activity..........

but I vana increase mah height upto some inches ..........wot shud I take ?????????/?/

It has been almost an year now that I have followed all these medicines Brayta Carb 30 , silicia 12X n thyroidinium 1M ) as suggested by Dr.Kumar bt there is not seen an increase of single centimeter in my height so these medicines weren't works or Worked for me...just wanted to share it...

Hello, can anyone help me? I have just turned 18. I'm 168 cm my dad is about the same height, my mom is 5'3 and my grandpa on my dads side is 6'3 & i weigh 77kg but i'm only 77kg cause i'm on a bulk right now and will start to cut in january. I want to increase my height by 2.5 inches to at least 4 inches. Can anybody help me?

I have purchased baryta carbonicam 30 and sylicea 12x tablets , how the tablets should be taken . after or before meal , alternate days etc .
is it necessary to take sylicea with warm water ?

please help me i do not grow tall due to improper diets , i am only 20 years old .
