Patient patient does not take bath regualrly

Dear Doctors ,
Please help my friend for his elder brother. He is around 46 years old.
The main issue is he does not take bath for months.Even during scorching summer of India he does not take bath for months. When he takes bath that is also after lot of coaxing and cajoling. He says he has tried but either finds the water too cold, or the water smell nasty or the water feels slippery. He does not even take bath after cleaning his dog's potty.
He does not like to change his clothes. Not even underwear for days.
He has not brushed his teeth in the last 5 years.
He is absolutely fine with all these that I have mentioned above.Kindly suggest a remedy.
He has some issues with his protrate and heart and has been gone through lot of emotional and financial setbacks in his life.

Thank you Akshay Ji.

My friend updated me about a few more points last evening regarding her brother:
He is a compulsive liar.Even he creates stories for nothing.
He always makes pass at women.
He is very lazy also.

Shall I tell them to administer Sulphur 30 as you have advised already or would you advise further considering the additional symptoms?

I think first start with sulphur and then decide about other medicine .
