Insomnia and Iron Deficient Anemia

If I am taking ferrum met and natrum muriaticum for anemia can I also take a remedy for insomnia, such as the arnica which I read about on some of the posts?

Can you work on two different ailments at the same time ........??

of course you can work on many ailments at the same time, but not with many different remedies. the main remedy you take will cover all your symptoms as well as possible.
