Swollen Nasal Turbinate

Since i was pregnant with my second child 4 years ago, I have not been able to breath out of my right nostril. Something swelled inside the nasal cavity that has only seemed to get slightly worse. I have to sleep on my right side so the swelling moves and i can breath at night. My relationship has been turbulant and my partner during my pregnancy wanted paternity tests which was insulting and disapointing. I also have hard pregnancies, pelvic instability and knotting of leg muscles. towards the last trimester I could hardly walk but I had to go to work regardless. Ive never been able to stay home and look after my kids, being forced back to work in short amount of times and I have resented that a lot. I am in quite a controlling relationship, which contributes to a lot of my distress.
