Kindly Help me.
Dear Sir,I am a great fan of Homeopathy and used it as a treatment of common ailments. The problem to which I am going to discuss with you is haunting me since last 12 years. Actually the problem is so complex that I have never discussed it with anyone. The problem has two parts, one is emotional and the other is physical. First I will tell you emotional one because it is the major part of my ailment. The description is as follows:
Extreme lack of self confidence
Lack of self esteem.
Very reserved nature.
Not like to meet strangers (quite ok in my friends gathering)
Hate and avoid conflicts, especially with strangers and speak in low voice.
Cannot communicate normal and cannot make my point clear.
Usually absent minded and dont like to be point out or get attention.
Although I am intelligent but not look sharp.
Find it difficult to make decisions and not clear minded.
Looks dull and cannot take responsibility and dont like to meet deadlines and I even didnt care about that.
The other part is physical:
I am overweight and most of my weight is of fat.
I have thick thighs, hips, belly and fat on other parts of body.
Find it difficult to make stool. And sometimes sit for 10, 15 mints and press hard to make stool.
I am now 28 years of age and these issues have damaged my personal and professional life. One more thing is that I have seen my parents fighting all my childhood and I feel that my father has not fulfilled his responsibilities. Sometimes I make arguments with my father.

Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. dont repeat.
carcinicin 200 5 pills ones on day three dont repeat.
kaliphos 6x ,5 tabs three times a day from day four .
feed back after 7 days.

I have taken a dose of carcinosinum 200 yesterday and following effects were noticed.
1) Extreme drowsiness.
2) I feel asleep after just 5 minutes of taking the medicine.
3) After waking up still feel drowsiness for some time. But feel normal after some time.

Your prescribed medicines have worked remarkably well specially on the emotional basis and after taking Carcinosinum 200 and kali Phos 6x following results were observed:
Carcinosinum 200:
1) More confident and can make my point clear.
2) Can communicate with people more easily.
3) The fear of unknown has reduced.
4) Can say no to people which used to be very difficult.
5) Less irritation after eating.
Kali Phos 6x:
1) More Confident.
2) More Present.
I am thankful to you for deciding on exact medicines and the questions stand now are should I continue to use these medicines, should I use higher potency or should I change the medicine, or should i stop using the medicine?

But this effect has reduced with passage of time.

I want to write a brief summary of my problem. The tensions started early from the childhood. My father married late (39) and he was forced to marry. This causes early tensions at home and my father didnt take interest at home. He does not play the role which he should have played. At the age of around 16 I started to face following problems:
1) Lack of self confident.
2) Very poor social skills.
3) Very passive personality.
4) Dont want to meet strangers.
5) Extreme attacks of depression.
6) Fear of unknown.
7) Anger on my father.
8) Cannot guard myself and looses self respect.
9) Very much people pleaser.
10) Very Sympathetic.
On the physical aspect, following problems were faced.
1) Very much overweight.
2) Most of the body is covered with fat.
3) Fat on face, neck, chest, belly, upper back and hips.
4) Find it difficult to lose weight.
5) Physical weakness.
6) Masturbation due to frustration.
This puffiness increases due to these reasons. Extreme physical exercise, from extreme stress and when I cannot complete my sleep.
All these problems drag me behind socially and although I was intelligent I left behind in life. After using your recommended medicines following effects were noticed.
