Buddocks Nerve pain & twitching in feet & legs

Hi, I am a grandmother 70 years young and usually have lot of energy. I am having light to mild pain (at times feels like burning or just pain that seem bothersome but not terrible) in both buttocks when sitting down. Having a hard time sitting even for short time. I know this was caused by sitting too long working on a project for the last 7 months. I have reduced my sitting time and am doing exercises, but no help. I am not sure if this is nerve pain.

Also, over the last 5 year I have been having pain (or soreness, something aching) off and on in left leg on especially when sitting or laying down.

Over the last 5 years, I have been experiencing twitching or movement(?)under the skin in both legs and feet (more concentrated in feet) especially after I lay down in bed at night to go to sleep. It feels like veins or muscles are jumping or twitching or movements (?). On occasion have thumping sensations. If I have been on my feet a lot during the day, and go to sit down, my feet will start twitching like crazy. While sensations usually always occur when sitting or laying down, I do experience very light twitching etc. in other parts of the body every once in a while at other times. All symptoms seem to occur mostly when sitting and/or especially when laying down to go to bed. Sometimes these twitching etc. sensations keep me awake for anywhere from 20 min. slowly stopping up to an hour.
Any help you can give, will be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of belladonna 30 as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If this doesn't help take Lycopodium 30 in the same way.

kadwa, thank you for your reply. This is my first post on ABC forum. Just wanted to add, that although I am 70 years old (and am blessed to have lots of energy most of the time), I am still an A type personality who can't seem to slow down, or even rest, even when I try to rest. Can't seem to stay still and just relax, always seem to need to be moving or doing something. Even keep working when I know I am tired and need to stop, often working until after midnight and/or pushing myself. I never seem to be able to just rest or feel rested. Do have sleeping issues some nights too.

I am thinking, that your suggestion of Belladonna might also be good for these symptom too. Thanks again.

Hi kadwa, Just wanted to ask a question to clarify the dose. I have 30X pill form. Does that mean I take 2 at one time?
Also, my bottle is about 10 to 15 years old and I just opened the seal on it. I understood these never go out of date. If I take these, will they still work?
Thanks again. Most appreciate your help.

30X is a lower potency. i suggested 30C which is written as 30. You may go for 30C if 30X doesn't work. All homeopathic remedies have unlimited shelf life.
