lax les -hypotensive les
I am having heart burn since last 8 months. It starts after eating and continue for whole day. Also have burning sensation in throat.Done Endoscopy
Stomach:funds,body,antrum and pylorus were normal.duodenum parts were normal.
Conclusion:Lax Les
Done Esophageal manometry
les is hypotensive is relaxing in response to wet swallows.
Wait loss about 4 kgs,rest of blood reports are normal, chest x ray normal.
life became horrible with heavy burning for 24 hrs no relief from medication.started breathing exercises not much difference. doctor is not doing surgery. Please suggest something.

Please take Carbo Veg 200 before meals and Nux Vomica 200 after meals twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

If you are eating a lot of sweets, especially chocolate, stop eating them.
Try not to eat anything after 8 pm at night.
If you had antibiotics before this started 8 months ago, then you
need to get probiotics to get your gut flora back working correctly.

Can you please explain further, as i was on sinus/migraine medication for the last few years.
Also i have taken Neprocin for my migraine about 5 tabs per month(jun-nov) for the past 3 yers

Hi Prakat,
1.Do you know what the meds were for sinus- migraine for the last
few years? Were any of the drugs- an antibiotic?
2. If so, the antibiotic kills the normal bacteria in the gut-you can
google probiotics-buy some online, and start taking once a day
to restore normal gut bacteria, which should help with acidity.
3.Neprocin, is also known as Naproxen, and if taken over a period of time-'NSAIDs, naproxen can cause gastrointestinal problems, such as heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, ulcers and stomach bleeding.'
Often if you are to take this drug they give you omeprazole ( prilosec) to stop
heartburn, acid reflux type of things from going on. But omeprazole can only
be taken for 2 weeks and they have side effects on your bones and vitamin
absorption.
4. Try what Kadwa has prescribed. I would also get some probiotics bc
these have to be taken for a couple months to restore the flora.
If you are having sinus - migraine in the future then come back on here
or see a homeopath to get remedies to cure this without side effects.

Here is an update, i hv started Carbo Veg 200 before meals and Nux Vomica 200 after meals. 50-60% of my symptoms are gone and feeling somewhat better than earlier. Should i continue this medication? Is this will cure the LAx les problem and in how much time.
I will also try Kawad's suggestions confirm back.

No improvement, its still 50% better. Heart burn gets worst 1-2 days in a week. Please suggest what should be the next steps.
