Shooting pain under right rib

Hi I have shooting pain under right rib with a gradual gripping feeling around right upper abdomin from the front and back which released after two three hours.

I have done ultra sound and LFT. My liver enzymes are little elevated and have fatty enlarged liver of size 178 mm (normal is upto 160 mm). Pls suggest a solution remedy.

My pain is under the right rib and it also radiates to backside under the right shoulder blade scapula.

Take phosphorus 200 in morning empty stomach one dose and repeat after every two days for three dose i.e Monday, Thursday, Sunday. After this weekly dose only for two weeks.

Chelidonium Q 10 drops in half cup water, three times daily. Don't take it when you take phosphorus. Report after two week.

I am already taking chelidonium Q but little difference is there.

Do I have to take phorphorus on these 3 days only during one week?

Yes you can take phosphorus as I described.

from when you are taking chelidonium.

I have been taking Chelidonium Q since last three weeks. There is little improvement however no clear improvement is seen as yet.

I will stop taking Chelidonium Q for one week so that i may take Phosphorus 200 then restart next week.

Don't stop chelidonium, you have to stop it only the day when you will take Phosphorus i.e. if you will take phos on monay, don't take chelidonium on monday, continue it from tuesday and so on.

Change the potency of chelidonium. Take it in 6x potency.

Ok point noted.

I usually get pains at night when I take some pizza in my dinner.

By the way what is this problem is it gallbladder stone or Gallbladder swelling/inflammation.

As you have written about your report it says fatty liver and you should avoid oily foods.
Upload your full USG report then I will be able to say about gallbladder issue.
