I need more information about your sufferings during your periods.

Before the flow-

What is the location and exact sensation of the pain?

What aggravates the pain and what do you do to reduce it or feel better?

During the first few days of the flow-

What is the location and exact sensation of the pain?

What aggravates the pain and what do you do to reduce it or feel better?

What other physical sufferings do you have in general?

How do you deal with the back pain? Do you press your back on a hard surface to reduce the pain?

How do you deal with the pains around your ovaries, if at all? Do things like rubbing, pressing, hot or cold application, bending double etc. give relief?

Can you tell me what was happening in your life when you first noted break-out of acne? What was your mental state then?

Do you think there was some emotional disturbance in you when this began?

Have you been using birth control pills BEFORE you noticed PCOS?

How were your periods when you started menstruating? At what age they became irregular? What was happening in your life then?

Can you tell me what was happening in your life when you first noted break-out of acne? What was your mental state then?
I was at home during my summer vacations when suddenly the breakout happened and no special incident as such.
Do you think there was some emotional disturbance in you when this began?

Please take IODIUM 12C three times a day for some 7 days and then come back here to report if you felt some changes in your system.

Hope you know how to take homeopathic remedies. If you don't, please look up other threads.

rishimba 9 years ago
Thank you Dr. rishimba
I am sorry but I don't know how to take homeopathic medicine.
and moreover what changes should I expect after this medicine.
and do I have to avoid certain food items or any other change in lifestyle what do you recommend?

curiousseeker 9 years ago
moreover, is this IODIUM 12C in the form of liquid or tablets?
and when can I expect to see improvement in my acne and hirsuteness i.e. what is generally the course of recovery.
Thanking you again.

curiousseeker 9 years ago
IODIUM 12C can be in pellets or in the liquid form. If you buy in pellet form, you should take 2 pellets as one dose. Don't bite or swallow the pellets. Let them dissolve and get absorbed in your mouth. Don't take any food or drinks one hour before or after taking the dose.

If the remedy is in liquid form, take 2 to 3 drops in 10 ml of water and sip up in clean mouth and empty stomach.

This remedy, taken on a continuous basis, will gradually set your periods right and dissolve the cysts in your ovaries.

You need to continue it for some months if it created a good response in you.

You will probably know it during your next cycle. I believe your next cycle will be less painful and less copious.

I asked you to give me your feedback after 7 days just to see if there was any aggravation or unintended response.

Once your hormones are set right in a few months, the cysts will dissolve and simultaneously, acne and hirsutism will also get cured.

I am looking at some 3 to 4 months before you see changes in your hirsutism and acne.

However, if the remedy creates a response, your periods will start getting smoother and less painful right from the next one.
